The European country of IT has taken a historic step in the world of information technology. The country’s Prime Minister AD Ramai on Thursday appointed a fully artificial intelligence (AI) minister in the new Cabinet. This AI minister’s name is Dieilla’s rhetoric means the Sun. The world’s first AI cabinet minister to be appointed in Albania to fight corruption.
Albania has initially appointed an artificial intelligence robot called the Cabinet level minister in charge of monitoring the country’s public purchasing process. A few months after the fourth time, Prime Minister AD Ramai recently included Diela in his cabinet. This initiative represents a bold test of the government which has excited both praise and terror in the political and legal circles. He is a digital minister with a true authority.
Diela was first launched in January this year. Initially, as a digital assistant, citizens helped citizens to fill up papers and receive various services. But now it has been promoted to the country’s “public procurement minister”. Diallah has been given the responsibility of curbing projects and public tender projects with government funds. The Albania government claims that the employment of dialers will suppress corruption and ensure full transparency in public expenses. Deyela will decide on the assessment and payment of tenders to reduce human interference and based only on data and predetermined rules.
