Union Minister Bandi handed over Sanjay’s son to Hyderabad Police


Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar has handed over his son Bandi Sai Bhagirath to the Hyderabad Police. A case has been registered against Sai Bhagirath for sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl. The Union Minister, through his lawyer, then handed over the boy to the police for investigation. The minister said, in the eyes of the law, he is his son or a common citizen, All are equal and all must obey the law.

Explaining the delay in handing over his son to the police, Sanjay said his lawyers thought the case would be dismissed in court.B and get bail. But it will not be right to delay the matter any longerHe himself brought his son for police investigation. The Telangana High Court also refused to grant any interim relief to the accused in the case and a lookout notice was issued against him.

A case has been registered on the complaint of the victim’s mother. According to the complaint, Bhagirath abused the girl physically and mentally and forced her to drink liquor. Bhagirath also filed a counter-case. He said the girl’s family pressured her for marriage and demanded Rs 5 crore. The incident sparked widespread debate in political circles and the opposition demanded the Union minister’s removal from office.
