Trinamool Congress National General Secretary and MP Abhishek Banerjee was attacked by locals during his visit to Sonarpur in West Bengal. The incident took place while visiting the families affected by the post-election violence. The angry mob tore his clothes and threw stones and eggs at him. The police on the spot rescued him and rescued him from the spot with a helmet on his head.
After the attack, Abhishek Banerjee made serious allegations against the BJP. He said that the BJP had conspired to kill him and the entire incident was recorded on camera. The Assam Trinamool Congress also has a big gap.
