Cockroach Party (CJP) founder Abhijit Deepak called Trinamool leader Mamata Banerjee to thank her for supporting the movement. CJP has announced to end the agitation as the government has accepted all the demands, Therefore, the former Chief Minister of Bengal will not go to Delhi.
After negotiating with the government and accepting the demands, the CJP announced the end of the protest. News from the grassroots, CJP founder Abhijit Deepak called the Trinamool leader at 8.55 pm. In a three-minute conversation, he thanked Mamata Banerjee. He expressed special gratitude to the students for standing by the movement and giving support and advice.
On the other hand, The Trinamool leader also expressed solidarity with the student leaders for the movement. Earlier, Mamata Banerjee announced her visit to Delhi on Monday to stand by the students. However, the Trinamool leader has now canceled the visit as her demands have been met.
