The account of the ‘Cockroach Janata Party’, which has overtaken the BJP on social media with the support of a succession of heavyweight leaders from the opposition camp, today faced its first major attack in India. The group’s former (Twitter) accounts have been blocked in India citing legal claims.
In an exclusive interview from the US, party founder Abhijit Deepak took direct aim at the Modi government by expressing fear of arrest.
Abhijit Deepak, a 30-year-old political communication strategist who recently graduated from Boston University with a degree in public relations, is currently based in the United States. “Finally we know our true identity in this country where common people are seen as cockroaches or cockroaches.
