According to sources, Vishal Dadlani has been removed from the post of Indian Idol judge for criticizing the government. The controversy started with a video posted by Vishal Dadlani. “Don’t let uneducated people sit in power,” Dadlani said in a video message on the NEET question paper leak. He regrets what happened to this country! I have made this video in support of students who are facing problems due to NEET exam question paper leak. Waste of effort, waste of time, who can lose years. It is true that every time NEET exam is conducted, but this mistake cannot be corrected. The government has not taken any responsibility for such a big scam in this exam conducted by a government agency. This is a big mistake. But the ministers in charge say it’s a big deal! I will not resign.” Vishal Dadlani directly termed the incident as ‘shameful, humiliating’.
“Unfortunately, education has no value now, people in power are illiterate. Having said this, Vishal made it clear that this is why the situation in India is sad whether you like me or not, accept me or oppose me, that is the truth.”
Vishal pleads in the video, good people vote for the educated. If we want to protect our future, the future of the country above race, religion, caste etc., then we must elect good people. Do not bring stupid illiterate people to power, be they of your caste or your family.”
