GUWAHATI: The Athgaon Ganesh Mandir will construct a Lord Ganesha shaped pandal for this year's Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations, according to mandal organisers.

The pandal design will be modelled on the one built by Lalbaugcha Raja, Mumbai's most famous Ganpati mandal, for Ganesh Chaturthi 2025. The structure is expected to be one of the key attractions of this year's festivities at Athgaon.
Preparations for the pandal are underway, with organisers working to replicate the scale and design of the original. More details on the celebrations, including the schedule of rituals and events, are expected to be announced closer to the festival.
