About 56,394 people died from illnesses such as mental retardation or depression. Of course, it’s not just death that causes people to lose working years of their healthy lives due to mental illness.

ILOIt said that faulty office management, overwork, lack of freedom in decision making, lack of clarity of responsibilities, emotional abuse and low pay or recognition compared to hard work are leading to employee deaths.

Research shows that around 35 percent of employees worldwide work more than 48 hours a week. But according to health experts, working 55 hours a week or more is very dangerous for the body.
