NEET UG 2026 Results Declared; Over 11.21 Lakh Candidates Qualify for Medical Admissions


 

GUWAHATI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Thursday, July 16 announced the results of the NEET UG 2026 examination, with more than 11.21 lakh candidates clearing the national-level medical entrance test. The declaration of results keeps the schedule for undergraduate medical admissions and counselling on course.

Students who appeared for the examination can access their scorecards through the official NEET website. Along with the results, the NTA has released the All India Rank list, state-wise toppers, category-wise toppers, qualifying cut-off marks and language-wise participation details.

The NEET UG 2026 re-examination was conducted on June 21 in a single shift from 2 PM to 5:15 PM. It was held after the original examination, conducted on May 3 for over 20 lakh candidates, and was cancelled following allegations of a question paper leak.
