Suryavanshi will not be able to use the same dressing room as a senior cricketer. What is the reason for this?

15-year-old Indian sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi is on his way to making history. After receiving his first call-up to the national senior squad, his debut on the England tour has generated a lot of hype. However, due to his young age, special security arrangements will be made around him during the visit.

According to the report, Vaibhav will have to use a separate dressing room or separate facility from his senior teammates, following protocol for minor players as per ICC safety rules. This issue is not a matter of party election, but is entirely part of safety and child protection policy.

A spokesperson for the England and Wales Cricket Board also confirmed that as the tour is regulated by the ICC, their security policy will be in force and the ICC will handle the situation as necessary.

Sachin Tendulkar currently holds the record as the youngest Indian Test cricketer to debut at the age of 16 years and 205 days, Vaibhav could break many records if he makes his international debut at Sachin Tendulkar’s age.

Vaibhav was selected for the national team after consistent performances in domestic and age-level cricket. Although his journey may be slightly different due to special security measures, there are still high expectations in Indian cricket surrounding his potential debut.
