Residents of Naphuk Adarsh village of Ward number eight of Abhaypur Gaon Panchayat of Lakua Development Zone under Mahmara Constituency of Charideo District are now facing severe transport problems. Bad condition of village roads. Since the road has been in a bad condition for a long time, it has become almost impossible for people to travel on it. This dilapidated road has been causing great suffering to the common man for years.
About thirty to forty families live in this area. As the road is bad, the students going to school have to suffer a lot. Villagers are now forced to walk through field lanes. The villagers tried to pave the road but it was not enough and till date the construction of the road has not been completed.
Residents alleged that they repeatedly requested local MLAs and Gaon Panchayat representatives to build this road. Before the elections, the ruling party leaders made many promises to build roads. But no one had time to look after the people after the election. Residents of the village expressed their anger at the negligence of the public representatives. It remains to be seen whether the leaders will repair this road in the coming days.
