Rude behavior of Zomato’s delivery boy in the middle of the night! The victim described the horrific experience

Ordering food or favorite items from online food delivery apps at midnight has become a regular habit of city dwellers these days. But if a young woman experiences extreme discomfort and insecurity while taking that delivery, it is a matter of great concern.

Recently, a young woman named Anya Wiig took to social media to share her terrifying and amazing experience with a Zomato delivery rider. Her post raises serious questions about the safety and privacy of women, especially those who are working and live alone.

Writing on LinkedIn, Anya said that she ordered a pan from Zomato after dinner on the day of the incident. He goes down alone from his flat or house to take delivery around 11 pm. What happened next is now troubling to many.

According to Aniya’s complaint, when the packet was handed over to her, the Zomato rider first asked if she had placed the order. Ania remained silent without answering as she understood the situation and was alone. The delivery boy then made very offensive and rude comments.

Enya claims that when she was given the packet, the boy made a nasty comment about why she was a girl giving such orders at this age. Hearing this, Enya took the packet and went inside.

This seemingly minor incident leaves Enya so traumatized and terrified that she questions Zometo’s security measures. He also questioned who gave a delivery partner the right to look inside a customer’s personal order and comment like an ethical police.

Besides the biggest fear, Enya later recoiled at the thought of filing a formal complaint with the Zomato authorities. According to him, if he complains, the company can punish the man or fire him. But that delivery boy knows where he lives. So if the boy’s pride or masculinity is hurt, there is no guarantee that he will come back and do something serious. Her comments paint a real picture of the fear in the minds of millions of women on social media.

The post soon went viral and women, especially, started lashing out against the Zomato company. They demand that delivery partners take strict measures to improve their behavior and protect customers’ privacy and addresses. The victims, identified as 19-year-old Arun Kumar, 19, and 18-year-old Arun Kumar, Zomato requested that she send the order ID directly to Anya in a message and assured her that the matter would be taken very seriously.
