A 33-year-old man died while breaking his fast by eating fruit


A tragic and shocking incident took place in Faridabad, Haryana. A 33-year-old man fell ill suddenly after eating fruit bought from the market to break his fast and died while being taken to hospital. The local police said that the exact cause of the youth’s death will be known only after receiving the post-mortem report.b.

The deceased has been identified as Ankush, a resident of Hanuman Nagar area of ​​Faridabad. On Thursday night, he was observing fast and consumed a packaged drink, Fruity, to break the fast with family members at night. Relatives said that immediately after eating the fruit, he started vomiting continuously.They start vomiting and experience excruciating abdominal pain. After that his health began to deteriorate rapidly.

He was rushed to a nearby private hospital but doctors referred him to Badsha Khan Civil Hospital in Faridabad as his condition was critical. Doctors at the civil hospital also advised him to be taken to Delhi’s Safdarjung Hospital for further treatment. However, while preparing to shift to another hospital, Ankush’s condition worsened and he died on the way.

Devendra Singh, officer-in-charge of Kheri Pool police station, said they received information from Sarvodaya Hospital around 3:30 pm that a youth had been brought dead. During interrogation, the family members told the police that Ankush had been fasting all day and these symptoms appeared after eating fruits to break the fast. The police officially registered a family complaint and sent the body for post-mortem. After necessary procedures, the body has been handed over to the family. After getting the post-mortem report, the exact cause of death will be known and further legal action will be taken accordingly, police said.b.
