According to local residents, the incident occurred at around 4:30 PM when a loud explosion was heard in the neighbourhood. The blast was followed by a rapidly spreading fire that engulfed an entire residential compound comprising four houses.

Fire and emergency services rushed to the spot, deploying four fire tenders to contain the flames. Firefighters worked tirelessly to bring the situation under control and prevent the fire from spreading to nearby structures.
