Following the seizure, police have initiated legal action against the accused, and further investigation is underway to trace the source of the contraband and identify any other individuals connected to the supply chain.

Guwahati Police shared visuals of the arrest and seized tablets on X, tagging the Chief Minister's Office, Assam Police, and senior officials, reaffirming the administration's continued commitment to curbing drug trafficking in the state.
