A horrifying incident has come to light that has shocked the music industry of Punjab. Popular Punjabi singer Yashinder Kaur alias Inder Kaur, who was missing for the past six days, has been brutally murdered. Police recovered his body from Nilo River. Family members alleged that Sukhwinder Singh came to Punjab from Canada only to take revenge from Inder Kaur. He along with his other companions overtook the singer’s car on the way and kidnapped him at gunpoint. The miscreants then brutally killed him and dumped the body in the Nilo river. The prime accused Sukhvinder Singh returned to Canada soon after committing the crime in the eyes of the police.

Questions have also been raised about the role of the local police in this incident. The victim’s family said they filed a complaint against prime accused Sukhvinder Singh and his accomplice Karamjit Singh in May. Due to the slowness of the police, the main accused managed to flee the country.
