20 rebel Trinamool Congress MPs are set to meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla tomorrow to plead for formation of a separate group. Along with rice and bread, raw meat will be on the listSteamed eel dish, pea derma, fried potatoes, curd, chutney and papad. The chairs and tables where MPs will sit for the dinner are decorated with yellow cloth. Before the meeting, the photos of the Bangabhavan room have come to the fore.
The rebel MPs flew from Kolkata to Delhi on Sunday morning. They first met at the residence of Union Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bhupendra Yadav. The MPs were scheduled to return to their residences in Delhi after the meeting. In the evening they gathered for dinner at Bengal Bhavan in Delhi‘B. There will be important discussions between MPs like Kakali, Sudeep, Sayani, Dev. The rebel MPs will meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla tomorrow and demand formation of a separate party. They will jointly appeal to the National Democratic Front. Earlier, the meeting of 20 Trinamool MPs was considered very significant, for which the dinner table was decorated with yellow cloth.
