A week after an attack on an Assam Rifles convoy in Manipur, the deadly blast in neighboring Nagaland took place. A soldier of Assam Rifles was killed and four others were seriously injured in a suspected IED blast at Sukhobi in Nagaland’s Chumaukedima district.
The deceased’s name is Habildar Mohammad Iqbal. He was serving in 28th Assam Rifles. The Assam Rifles Training Center is located near the accident site.
