GUWAHATI: An unidentified man sustained critical injuries after falling from the Shraddhanjali Flyover in Guwahati’s Zoo Road area on Tuesday, August 11.

The man was found seriously injured and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment. His identity is yet to be confirmed.
Police from Geetanagar Police Station reached the spot soon after the incident and launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fall.
Police are also examining the possibility of foul play, with preliminary suspicion that the man may have been pushed from the flyover. However, the exact circumstances leading to the incident have not yet been confirmed.
Speaking to GPlus, a Geetanagar Police Station official said, “We do not have more details at the moment. He is still unidentified and has been taken to the hospital.”
