The application was launched by Assam Women and Child Development Minister Ajanta Neog at the ASCW office. The initiative aims to make the commission's grievance redressal system more accessible, especially for women in remote areas and those unable to approach the office in person.
Speaking at the launch, Neog stressed the need for regular updates to the app and urged authorities to create greater awareness so that women across Assam can easily access the platform whenever they need support.
Officials said all complaints submitted through the application will be verified before being forwarded to the concerned departments for necessary action.
The commission expects the digital platform to simplify the complaint process and improve access to support services for women across the state.
